Ted started his career in construction with siding and deck building, then moved into framing and project management before founding Sustainable Decks.
Runs all three offices personally, Braintree, Wellesley, and Middletown, CT, same standard of work at each one.
Works directly with Trex, Azek, Fiberon, Deckorators, In-lite on material selection for every job.
Janny runs day-to-day operations across the Braintree, Wellesley, and Middletown offices, scheduling, material ordering, and keeping crews moving between job sites.
Handles scheduling and material ordering across all three offices, so a crew showing up on time isn’t left to chance.
Benjamin manages new projects from the first estimate through signed contract, walking homeowners through material choices and real scope before a crew is ever scheduled.
