If a dispute comes up between you and Sustainable Decks over these terms or our services, we'll try to work it out informally first. If that doesn't resolve it, the dispute goes to binding arbitration under Massachusetts law.

• Arbitration takes place in Norfolk County, Massachusetts, in front of a neutral arbitrator.
• Disputes are handled individually, not as part of a class action.
• The arbitrator's decision is final and enforceable in court.
